Background: The quality of your sleep has an impact on your security, well-being, and health. Research indicates that the average amount of time college students spend sleeping is on the decline. Sleep deprivation has been linked to a number of detrimental effects, such as impaired immunological function, dangerous driving, depression, strained relationships, and poor academic performance. A lack of awareness about healthy sleep habits and proper sleep hygiene may be the cause of some college students' insufficient sleep.

Non-probability sampling for a sample of (60) students, where the sample was divided into two groups, the study group and the control group
Research tool (Structured questionnaire) was developed by researcher through review of literature and previous study restated topics and submitted to experts from various specialists for validity. Reliability was calculated by Cronbach alpha method and it was to identify perceptions  of students towards a healthy sleep-pattern.
The obtained data was analyzed and interpreted in terms of objectives and research hypotheses. Analysis was done by using descriptive and inferential statistics.
Results: The post-test results, obtained after the program was implemented, demonstrated an improvement in the study group's students' perceptions of a healthy sleep pattern.
